Hey, I’m Keith Cech Program Director and Morning Show Host on KUOO Campus Radio and Midday Host on Q102. I grew up on a farm outside of Howells, Nebraska (a small town around three hours southwest of the Iowa Great Lakes). I started my career in radio in Norfolk, Nebraska in early 2011. From there, I spent time in Monroe, Wisconsin and
Cloquet, Minnesota. My wife (Jessica), daughter (Ridley) and I moved to the area in March of 2022 which is when my time with KUOO and our family of stations began! (UPDATE: we welcomed another daughter, Parker, to the family in November of 2025!) When I’m not in the studio, I enjoy golfing, spending time with family and…cheering on the Dallas Cowboys and Nebraska Cornhuskers (been a rough couple decades). And of course, I love music!
